Praise: We passed our Spring Semester 2018 classes!
Hi Everyone!
Thanks for following us and keeping us in your prayers over the last few months! We just got our last grades for the classes we took in the spring, and I’m pretty confident that we made it! Rett and I both got “A”s in BE101 Bible Study Methods and Hermeneutics, and it looks like we are both going to get an “A-“ in ST101 Theological Method and Bibliology. We actually both got 94% in the ST101, and 98% in the BE101!
If anyone is wondering why I was “freaking out” a bit this last month:
We need to maintain at least an 80% average to remain in good standing. Thankfully, we had 100% in both classes until about a month ago…
Then, Rett needed a root canal and had to deal with some awful pain.
So, he got an extension for papers worth a combined 40% of the ST101 class…
I had to turn in a paper worth 20% of my grade a week late,
and had to turn in the other “20% of my grade paper” without proofreading it,
because I was mauled by a very ANGRY migraine on the last day of class…
Thankfully, we had very gracious professors this last semester!

In other news:
CC is 3! (Uncle Reece is… the age that must not be mentioned)
Rett is 28!
I am 27!
Ryan “graduated” preschool yesterday 😢
I’m now working for a merchandising company and now do a lot of work inside Walmarts. No, it does not involve Microbiology. Yes, that is OK. 😉
A special thanks to everyone who supported us over the last few months!
Now that I am not panicking about root canals, I should be sending out “thank you” letters this next week. I hope/ plan to include some form of “thank you” artwork along with the letters, and hope/plan to send something like it again every month/quarter, so please give me feedback on favorite Bible verses, photos vs. watercolor, size, format, etc., so that we can bless you a little bit in return for how you have blessed us!
Thank you!
Kim
